The features

Automatic management of intervention requests

The operator can request maintenance for a machine directly from the tablet or control panel, reducing response and problem-solving times.

It is also possible to print the request via a print form created according to the Customer’s needs.

Recording of each phase of an intervention

From the panel, by pressing the “Start Intervention” button, the maintenance technician chooses which operation to carry out and can view the documents, specifications, maintenance personnel and schedules relating to the machine. After completing the intervention, the maintenance technician can close the intervention permanently or decide to leave it pending based on priority and enter the outcome. This functionality allows you to have an always updated history of interventions for each machine.

Timely planning of each intervention

Maintenance can be scheduled for each resource at various time intervals, such as weeks, months, quarters, and more. This ensures proper functioning of resources and the best use of downtime.

Simplifying the maintenance worker’s work

The software provides a detailed list of company resources, to which documents can be attached, and records the calibrations relating to each resource.
