Expresso Etichettatura® eliminates any risk of human error during the labeling phase.
The software completely guides the operator on the choice of products, batches and expiration dates, avoiding typing errors. Management is entrusted to the quality manager who defines the configuration of the articles and manages the controls on the labeling cycle.
Furthermore, the labeling cycle can be directly linked to customer orders with the Expresso Order Fulfillment module.
Single complete ingredients’ list
Expresso Etichettatura® produces the single ingredient list starting from the labeling module and allows the technologist to record the information relating to the article in a single archive. Furthermore, by connecting to the Customer order management or to the personalized labeling management for the Customer, it can extract the single ingredient list both in the Customer’s language and for each item handled by the Customer themself.
Technical data sheet
Expresso Etichettatura® automatically creates a technical sheet containing all the information on the organoleptic characteristics of the product, the method of use, conservation, the type of packaging and all the further descriptions that specify the product in terms of logistics.
The presence of a single archive, shared with the labeling module, allows the technologist to record and modify the data only once for the labels, for the single sign and for the technical sheet. The management of multilingual printouts is also valid for the technical data sheet as for the single ingredient sign.
Labeling stations
All labeling processes in production can be managed by VM Vision touch-screen labeling stations with control and historical recording of all data entered by the operator.
The labeling station has been engineered to allow quick and easy use by operators.
Particular attention was paid to the creation of large buttons, audible warnings, and the possibility of interfacing with existing equipment such as Customer scales, automatic applicators, labeling robots, pallet units, or other equipment developed by our laboratories.
