Brocchetta produces Sicilian arancini, ready and fresh dishes, classic rotisserie and gastronomy preparations starting from the highest quality ingredients.

At the end of 2023, the company decides to change the management system because it no longer meets the needs of the company.

January 2024. VM Vision begins customizing Expresso Desktop to specific customer needs.
The system is developed to manage production, traceability, customer and supplier management, procurement, weighing and management of raw materials, accounting and label printing.
Various hardware components such as production control panels, handle mobile, scanners and printers are installed.
The system is fully operational as of March 2024.

The adoption of VM Vision’s Expresso Desktop, customized to the company’s specific needs, has allowed the company to optimize the management of production and administrative processes, and food traceability on the finished product.
Furthermore, in the near future, Expresso will be a valid support for obtaining quality certifications.

The Customer, after adopting a label printing system, chose the Expresso VM Vision software for the complete management of the company.
