Dolceria Alba is an Italian excellence in high quality frozen desserts. They specialize in “Private Label” with clients all over the world.

The Company’s primary objective was to integrate information, procedures, content and data under a single platform, to better manage traceability management.

he following have been installed at the Santena site:

1 Expresso Desktop, which deals with the active and passive cycle of the company.

2 Expresso Etichettatura, for product labelling, both on Desktop and Automatic printers.

3 Expresso Mobile for all incoming goods operations, transfer of goods between departments and fulfillment of customer orders. All loading and unloading operations in the company flow are speeded up by our Datamatrix barcode.

4 Production Panels. All departments are identified as specific warehouses and warehouse workers with PDAs take care of their supply, carrying out transfer operations to and from the warehouses. The Production Panels are responsible for unloading raw materials and transferring them to subsequent departments. The interconnected equipments are Silos, Load cells, PLC.

5 Expresso Manutenzione, which manages emergency interventions and scheduled maintenance. Recording of intervention history, Maintenance Panel for opening, consulting and closing interventions, are all under the total control of the Maintenance manager.

Everything is controlled by a single database, without third-party programs, and managed by a single partner.
