The initiative, promoted by Unioncamere and the Chambers of Commerce, supports micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in their digital and ecological transformation.

Starting July 8, 2026, it will be possible to access the InfoCamere ReStart platform to prepare the application. The opening of local branches is decided independently by each Chambers of Commerce.
What is the Double Transaction Voucher?
The 2026 Double Transition Voucher Call is the first national edition of the voucher promoted by the PID – Digital Enterprise Points of the Chambers of Commerce.
The voucher is a non-repayable grant under the de minimis regime, intended for companies investing in advanced digital technologies, sustainability, and specialized training, in line with the National Transition Plan 5.0.
Who can participate
- Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MPMI)
- With operational headquarters in the territorial district of the relevant Chambers of Commerce
- Active and regularly registered in the Company Register
- Up to date with the payment of the annual Chamber of Commerce fee
- In possession of a regular DURC

The maximum voucher amounts and specific eligible expenses are defined independently by each Chamber of Commerce in its own territorial announcement.
The vouchers of the Chambers of Commerce
The Camere di commercio are participating in the initiative independently. Not all Chambers have responded to the national call for proposals: check whether your Chamber of Commerce has published its own territorial call for proposals by consulting the dedicated section of the portal.
