Expresso is VM Vision’s proprietary management software and represents the technological heart on which the entire platform is based.
Developed in early 2005 after 5 years of intense work, it was designed according to an innovative logic based on a central core capable of receiving and integrating changes, updates and new features directly and automatically.
This modular and scalable architecture has allowed Expresso to evolve over time without losing coherence and stability, favoring the integration of increasingly advanced technologies.
Chicco: Expresso’s Artificial Intelligence Assistant
Chicco, the management software’s native Artificial Intelligence assistant, has been integrated into Expresso. This assistant operates by accessing the company database in real time, exploiting its tables, relationships, and procedures.
Thanks to this deep integration, AI is able to understand and use management data immediately, offering answers, analysis, and operational support directly within the work environment.
