The operator can request maintenance intervention for a machine directly from the panel. It is also possible to print the request via a print form created according to the Customer’s needs.

records every stage of an intervention
From the panel, the maintenance technician, by pressing the “Start Intervention” button, chooses which operation to carry out and can view the documents, specifications, maintenance personnel and schedules relating to the machinery. After having performed the intervention, the maintenance technician can close the intervention definitively or decide to leave it pending based on the priority and enter the outcome.
