FLUO APPLICATOR

FLUO is a print and apply system designed for the automatic transfer of printed labels to moving products.

FLUO is a print and apply system for the Engine CV SPX II and Zebra ZE500 printers designed to automatically transfer printed labels to product on the go.
In order to significantly simplify the integration of the dispensing module into an existing production cycle, it is possible to adjust the dispensing edge in height and independently of the angle.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Thanks to this flexibility, the printing system can be integrated in a fixed position as desired with the group of machines already present. There are two versions of the FLUO applicator, right or left, depending on the direction of application of the label, in order to be able to cover all the needs of the line and find the most efficient solution for printing and applying the label.
The speed of the applicator depends exclusively on the print engine.

Superior hardware
Sharp prints can be achieved with 8 dots/mm (203 dpi) (B-SA4TPGS12) or 11.8 dots/mm (300 dpi) (B-SA4TP-TS12) print heads, with a speed of 50.8 mm/sec. (2 inches/sec.), 101.6 mm/sec. (4 inches/sec.), or 152.4 mm/sec. (6 inches/sec.)

Simple maintenance
The design of the printer is simple. The way to replace the head and the printing roller is also simple, a detail that makes maintenance simple.
