Since 1992, La Perla di Torino ® has been handcrafting chocolate in all its forms, including pralines, giandujotti, bars, spreadable creams and Easter eggs. Its exclusive chocolate truffle, produced in 15 flavor variations, is known and appreciated throughout the world.

THE NEED

In 2022, with a view to achieving maximum business efficiency, the company decides to change the management system for production planning.

THE SOLUTION

VM Vision customizes Expresso to the customer’s specific needs.

End of 2022. The design phase of the management system is started.

January – June 2023. VM Vision, based on Expresso, creates the new production planning management system, initially interfaced with the existing company management system.

1 september 2023. The management system becomes operational.
