Mollificio Astigiano has been operating for years in the sector of design and production of springs for use in the industrial and agricultural fields.
THE NEED
The Company had as its primary objectives: connecting a scale to a labelling machine that, after selecting the product, would print a label indicating the weight.
He subsequently requested:
- management of the loading and unloading functions of the raw materials warehouse
- the creation of production sheets.
THE SOLUTION
At the Belveglio site the following has been installed:
- Expresso integrated with production
- Production Panel specific for the spring sector, completely customized to customer specifications

The features requested by the Customer are managed with a single database.
THE CONSIDERATION
After this first intervention, the Client chose to manage every production phase, from the entry of raw materials to their processing, up to storage and shipping with Expresso Desktop.
